Brassify legal
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 31 July 2026
These Terms govern use of the Brassify B2B website and commercial dealings with Brassify by SS Metal Moradabad, GSTIN 09ACHFM6476B1Z1. By creating an account, requesting a quote, issuing a purchase order, or accepting an invoice, you confirm that you are authorized to act for a business.
1. B2B eligibility and accounts
- Access is for verified businesses, institutions, resellers, hospitality buyers, designers, and other trade customers.
- Brassify may request GST registration, business identity, billing, delivery, or authorization documents before approving or continuing access.
- Account holders must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
2. Catalogs, quotations, and orders
Website listings and submitted carts are invitations to request supply, not automatic acceptance. An order becomes binding when Brassify accepts the purchase order or issues a written confirmation or invoice.
MOQ, availability, finish, dimensions, packaging, lead time, and price may be confirmed separately for each order.
3. Prices, GST, and invoices
Prices are exclusive of GST, freight, insurance, special packing, and other stated charges unless the quotation says otherwise. The buyer must provide accurate legal name, GSTIN, place of supply, and delivery details before invoicing.
Input-tax-credit eligibility remains the buyer's responsibility. Brassify may issue tax invoices, debit notes, or credit notes in accordance with applicable GST requirements.
4. Product variation and inspection
Handcrafted metal products can show reasonable differences in colour, patina, texture, weight, dimensions, or finish. Such natural variation is not a defect where the goods substantially match the agreed specification.
The buyer must inspect deliveries and report shortage, transit damage, wrong supply, or manufacturing defect within the period stated in the Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
Brassify owns or licenses the website, photographs, product copy, catalogs, logos, and designs. Trade customers may use approved product material only for genuine resale or procurement activity and may not misrepresent ownership or alter brand material without consent.
6. Liability, force majeure, and law
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential commercial loss. Brassify's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including transport disruption, natural disaster, government action, shortage, labour disruption, or network failure. Indian law governs these Terms, subject to any written dispute clause agreed for the order.
7. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@brassify.in. Formal complaints may be sent to contact@brassify.in.
These terms are intended for Brassify's business customers and vendors. A signed quotation, purchase order, invoice, or written commercial agreement will control if it expressly differs from this page.
