Brassify policies
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Effective date: 31 July 2026
B2B delivery cost and timing vary with quantity, production status, packaging, weight, destination, and the commercial terms accepted for the order.
1. Serviceability and charges
Available delivery methods and indicative charges may be shown at checkout. Final freight, insurance, special handling, export documentation, or remote-area charges will be stated in the accepted quotation or invoice.
2. Dispatch and lead times
Lead time begins after required advance payment, specification approval, and receipt of complete billing and delivery details. Dates are estimates unless Brassify expressly accepts a guaranteed date in writing.
Made-to-order, customized, bulk, or out-of-stock goods may require additional production or procurement time.
3. Delivery, risk, and receiving
- The buyer must provide an accessible address, authorized receiver, and any permits or unloading arrangements.
- Risk and title pass as stated in the accepted quotation, invoice, or agreed Incoterm. If no term is stated, risk passes on delivery to the buyer or its nominated carrier.
- Visible damage or package shortage should be recorded on the carrier document and reported with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Delay and failed delivery
Brassify will share material known delays. Carrier, weather, government, labour, supply, or force-majeure disruption may extend delivery estimates.
Re-delivery, storage, return-to-origin, demurrage, or address-correction costs caused by the buyer may be charged to the buyer.
5. Support
For dispatch documents or delivery help, contact contact@brassify.in with the order or invoice number.
These terms are intended for Brassify's business customers and vendors. A signed quotation, purchase order, invoice, or written commercial agreement will control if it expressly differs from this page.
