Brassify by SS Metal Moradabad uses business and personal contact information to verify trade accounts, provide catalogs and pricing, fulfil orders, maintain records, and support customers and vendors. This policy explains the principal data practices for the Brassify B2B platform.
1. Information we collect
- Business identity, GSTIN, billing and delivery addresses, industry, and verification documents.
- Names, roles, phone numbers, email addresses, login details, and communication preferences of business representatives.
- Quotes, purchase orders, invoices, payments, returns, support tickets, reviews, and account activity.
- Technical information such as IP address, device/browser data, cookie identifiers, and security logs.
2. Purposes and lawful use
We process data to take steps requested by you, perform commercial agreements, meet tax and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, secure the platform, resolve disputes, improve services, and send permitted business communications.
Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it for future processing by contacting us, without affecting prior lawful processing.
3. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell business-contact data. We may share only necessary information with payment, logistics, cloud hosting, email, analytics, accounting, professional-adviser, law-enforcement, or regulatory recipients. Providers are expected to use information only for the assigned service and to protect it.
4. Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as the account or transaction requires and for tax, accounting, warranty, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal periods. These terms are intended for Brassify's business customers and vendors. A signed quotation, purchase order, invoice, or written commercial agreement will control if it expressly differs from this page.
