B2B Purchase and Wholesale Policy

This policy explains Brassify's trade-account, wholesale pricing, MOQ, samples, customization, and resale conditions. Order-specific written terms take priority.

1. Account approval

Wholesale pricing and restricted catalogs may require a verified business profile. Brassify may approve, reject, suspend, or re-verify a trade account using business identity, GST, payment, order, and resale information.

2. Pricing and minimum order quantity

Pricing can depend on customer group, SKU, quantity tier, finish, packaging, customization, payment timing, and delivery location. MOQs apply per SKU or order unless a quotation expressly waives them.

3. Samples and development

Samples, prototypes, tooling, molds, artwork, or development work may be chargeable and may have different lead times and prices from production orders. Sample approval confirms appearance or specification only within reasonable manufacturing tolerance.

4. Customization and buyer materials

The buyer must provide accurate artwork, dimensions, specifications, trademarks, and approvals. The buyer warrants that supplied material can lawfully be used and will indemnify Brassify against third-party claims arising from that material.

5. Resale and product claims

Resellers are responsible for lawful advertising, labeling, downstream invoices, taxes, local compliance, and promises made to their customers. Product images and descriptions must not be altered in a misleading way.

These terms are intended for Brassify's business customers and vendors. A signed quotation, purchase order, invoice, or written commercial agreement will control if it expressly differs from this page.
